One of the lovely stories we have in the latest issue is our Easter Entertainer story - a guide to help newlyweds plan the perfect party. The photographs were taken by Shona Henderson - her unique, vintage style lends itself to this pretty garden setting.
If you're planning a bit of an Easter gathering, do have a look at our free downloadable stationery - there are invitations and tags to make any setting complete.

Daily Fix
I'm excited today to learn there is a new Australian accessories label hitting our shelves. Filling the gap where shoes are either fashion forward but un-wearable, or comfortable but lack style, Stillier have launched its premier Classic collection this winter, drawing inspiration from old world glamour and 50s movie stars. The Classic palette features neutral tones including dove greys, nudes and blushes, brightened up by injections of grape, cerise and terracotta. Complimenting these winter hues are a selection of signature I Heart peep toes, quilted pumps and embellished flats. Using carefully hand-picked materials including calf leathers, suedes and exclusive pony skins, each shoe is meticulously finished with extraordinary attention to detail. The colours are simply gorgeous and would make such sweet wedding shoes for you and your maids. Visit www.stillier.com.au to view the collection and find out more about this new and exciting Australian label.

Note It
If manners are your thing (if not they should be!) then you'll know it's of utmost importance to send thank you cards to all guests who attend your wedding. You're not just thanking them for the lovely gifts they've given you but you're also thanking them for making the time, whether they travelled long distances or not, to be there to celebrate your special day. Afterall, a wedding would not be a wedding without your friends and family. It's also important to remember thank you notes don't have to be long winded, nor do they have to be expensive. Take for example these cute little cards that turned up on my desk last week. A pack of 10 with matching envelopes will only set you back $12.95, with the matching pen a super affordable $4.95. In regards to note cards it's the thought that counts so don't forget. I always remember if I haven't received a thank you card and I'll always be thankful when I do. The hiPP note cards are available in a variety of colours from Myer and selected independant retailers nationally. Visit www.hiPP.com.au for more details.

Napkin Numbers
These napkins are definitely a unique way to display your table numbers and could double as a favour for your guests. I found them whilst over at the decor8 blog. They are by Heather Lins Home and are really eye catching. You can buy them in numbers 1-10 or 1-6 and start from $120USD.
Napkins are a great way to add colour and/or design to your table. In Issue 14 of WSG we had some white napkins screen printed by Louli for our industrial inspired styling shoot which made for a fabulous favour that guests could take home and use or even frame! These designs are free to download from our website.

Glisten to Me
Pretty sparkly sandals are the must-have addition to any gorgeous gown. You may think your tootsies won't be seen under a long dress but when all eyes are on you for a whole day almost everyone (the girls at least) will pay attention to what you have on your feet. Shoe envy will be in order if you choose to adorn your feet with a pair of embellished heels. Forget a little brooch or a few scattered crystals, go the whole hog with encrusted heels like the Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo options below. You'll never want to take them off! Buy online at www.net-a-porter.com or visit www.christianlouboutin.com or www.jimmychoo.com to view the collections.

Wedding Library Table at Bride's Color School
We loved styling this table for Bride's Magazine's Color School event recently. The event focused on shades of lilac, and we immediately fell for the sophistication of this spring color. We added pewter, Belgian linen, colored glass and soft florals all matched with super-modern tables and chairs from Taylor Creative. The pretty glass and tableware is from Classic Party Rentals, the BT Elements stationery available at the Wedding Library and the linens from TableWear. Little fabric rosettes dressed up the menu setting. We accessorized with Dessy pashminas in shades of lilac (not shown). Scrumptious!
Cover Story
Today Issue 14 of Weding Style Guide goes on sale at all good newsagents and Borders stores nationally. It's an exciting day for us as we get to launch our new cover design. This has been a long time in the making and regular readers of WSG would have noticed a gradual transition in typefaces and layout to support this new cover design.
We consider WSG to be different from other wedding magazines and we wanted to reflect this in the cover design so readers would know at a glance there was something better in store - something fresh, innovative and unique.
Annabelle wrote in her editor's letter this issue "From the very beginning, our magazine was intended to be your magazine – the style guide from which you can create your own unique wedding. We do this by surrounding you with useful, practical and above all, beautiful inspiration".
With that in mind, we hope to inspire you with our new issue, our biggest ever - from cover to cover it is filled with interesting and inspiring articles. We do hope you'll enjoy it.
Our stunning cover photograph is by Sugarlove Weddings and the beautiful bouquet is by My Violet.

What A Stud
With a heel measuring approx 145mm/5.5 inches and a platform of 30mm/1 inch it's no surprise these shoes would make you preeety tall. They may even be impossible to walk in but who cares?! If I was wearing shoes this pretty it'd be worth remaining seated all night. I simply adore the lavender suede, such a gorgeous colour and teamed with gold studds and transparent plexi panels you've got a killer shoe. With a fawn or pastel dress I think they'd look fierce! Visit www.brianatwood.com or buy online at www.net-a-porter.com.

Una Bella Vita
It's a right of passage to wear beautiful jewellery on your wedding day. Whether you're an earrings kinda girl (like me!) or you prefer necklaces, bracelets/bangles or even a beautiful brooch, jewellery can make you feel like a princess. I've fallen head over heels for Chelsea De Luca's new collection, Una Bella Vita, meaning A Beautiful Life. Intertwining her Italian heritage with a highly developed vintage taste, Chelsea has created a collection that oozes glamour and individuality. With the Chelsea de Luca brand born out of a strong belief that accessories maketh the outfit, Chelsea has once again stuck to her mantra: “the bigger and bolder, the better”. Designed for confident women who appreciate something special – Una Bella Vita emulates modern day vintage charm – costume Jewellery for the 21st century. Chelsea's celebrity clients incl. Beyonce, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Miller-Heidke, Rose Byrne, Dannii & Kylie Minogue, Paris Hilton and Elle McPherson. What a list! For more about Chelsea De Luca’s new collection visit her recently re-launched website at www.chelseadeluca.com.au.

Man Love
I have a thing for nice menswear. A fitted shirt and a well cut, modern suit in a suave shade and beautiful fabric can make all the difference in the man stakes. I've recently become a fan of the label Jack London. The modern label has a great mix of contemporary and hip pieces, as well as classic suits styles in modern cuts and great fabrics. Here's a sneak peak at their show from L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. Loving the first suit. Steel grey is such a great and hip alternative to black. Jack London do a great mix of suits and street wear and with stores in Victoria, New South Wales, Adelaide, Queensland and Western Australia there are no excuses for uncool suits! Visit www.jacklondon.com.au for collections and store locations.

Love Notes
I am so excited to find out that kikki.K has finally opened a store in Adelaide! When in Melbourne I would always visit a kikki.K store to stock up on stationery. I love this mini memory book which comes with matching envelope. It features gorgeous hints for personalised messages, such as: "A fond memory of our time together...", "I love you because..." and more. You can also stick in photos if you like. It would make a lovely surprise for your partner on the morning of your wedding.
The mini memory book costs $14.95.
