Last night we were invited to a private party at the not-yet-open Bouley in its new location. As it was my favorite restaurant when I moved to New York over a decade ago, I just had to attend.
What I found is that Bouley (as a restaurant group) has a few great options for private dining -- and I'd like to be around for any of them. There are rooms at his restaurants for parties of 20-80. But I like the coffered, cave-like room at the new restaurant -- and it's so au courant!
